Villa Lovato Sperandio

Location: Due Carrare

La villa si offre nelle sue forme discrete, in un angolo appartato del borgo di Pontemanco. L’impianto originale è del 1600 sviluppato su due piani e soffitte e si ergeva un tempo isolata, mentre ora presenta delle adiacenze di cui un primo copro poggiato allo spigolo anteriore, che definisce così un cortile antistante la villa e l’altro edificio è addossato al fianco. La villa viene acquistata nel 1902 da Giovanni Battista Lovato un medico condotto che nella villa eserciterà la sua professione. Anche il nipote Gianpaolo Sperandio sarà medico condotto proprio a Due Carrare, sempre nella villa di famiglia. Oggi la villa è sempre di proprietà Sperandio che però non vi risiedono stabilmente
