Il ristorante enoteca Ai Colli propone un menu a base di pesce. La cucina parte dalla tradizione, ma non rinuncia a qualche abbinamento particolare per soddisfare i clienti più esigenti e stupir loro con un pizzico di arte, cercando di far diventare i piatti oltre che buoni delle vere opere d'arte.
All'entrata del locale si trova un acquario e vetrina dove poter scegliere il pesce e crostacei freschissimi appena pescati, a seguire una sala elegante e curata nel dettaglio con un bellissimo pianoforte per deliziare le serate.
Dispone, inoltre, della sala enoteca che raccoglie più di 150 etichette di vino e specialità da degustare.
Nelle serate estive nella parte esterna si svolgono serate con musica dal vivo .
